Can I pay in a currency other than EUR?
All purchases are processed in EUR. If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees that are outside our control.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location in France.
Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?
No. We do not process, dispatch, or deliver orders on weekends or French public holidays.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 42-day return window for all ceramic cups. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No. All returns are completely free for customers. We also do not charge restocking fees.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 18 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
