At Zarevium, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and transparent return and exchange process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Items must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

All eligible items can be returned or exchanged. No restocking fees are charged.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • A return shipping label may be provided where applicable

RETURN METHOD

All returns must be sent by mail using the instructions provided by our support team.

Please ensure that:

  • Items are securely packaged
  • The return is sent to our designated return address in France

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is fully covered by Zarevium
  • For change of mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

CURRENCY & PAYMENT

All transactions and refunds are processed in EUR (Euro).

If your original payment was made in another currency, your payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are outside of our control.
