Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday – Friday).

- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+1 / GMT+2 during daylight saving time) will be processed on the next business day
SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
All orders are shipped using standard delivery services.
- Estimated Transit Time: 4–8 business days
- Delivery timelines are calculated based on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays)
