Everything was perfectly packed and nothing was damaged. However, assembly will be difficult—the instructions are unclear. Delivery took two months. It was brought by a courier to the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Exactly like the picture: gorgeous. Yes, it takes hours to assemble all the crystals. Because I knew that from other reviews, I didn’t do it all at once and worked on it over several days until finished. It came with all the crystals needed and some extra spares, too.
This flush-mount light is perfect for lower ceilings and smaller spaces. It’s very bright and really helped brighten my kitchen without taking up valuable space. The matte black is beautiful and sleek.
