Arrived in great shape with very good packaging. Easy to install even though I had never installed a chandelier before. Word of advice: pay attention when removing the existing chandelier, as that makes installing the new one much simpler.
I was surprised at how gorgeous this chandelier looked once installed! I chose this as the budget option over more expensive ones. I was worried the wood would look cheap — it does lack high-quality wood grain, but I don't think anyone is going to inspect it closely since it's hung on the ceiling. From far away it looks excellent. We did have to make adjustments: our dining room has regular-height ceilings so it hung almost down to the table when installed as directed. We removed the bars and draped the chain to make it shorter, and I think it turned out just fine. I also like the messy wrapped cord look — I couldn't find that look elsewhere. So it's excellent for our lighting needs. I absolutely love the look of this light! Given the cost, don't hesitate to purchase it.
This chandelier is absolutely stunning. I could have gone a little larger for my foyer, but it's still beautiful.
The chandelier is exactly as pictured; it is a beautiful light fixture. It looks and feels like a very expensive chandelier — all of the materials are excellent quality. It exceeded my expectations. It was boxed so well that when it arrived my husband asked if I had purchased a piece of furniture. Every precaution was taken to prevent damage in transit; it arrived in perfect condition. The fixture came with clear installation instructions. It is the right size for our dining room and I especially like that it is compatible.
The chandelier is gorgeous and good quality for the price. Customer service was amazing. If you need a different length downrod, contact the seller and they will help you out quickly.
