Handcrafted from sustainably harvested premium teak wood, this piece celebrates the organic variations in color and grain inherent to teak. Its meticulous craftsmanship and contemporary design ensure enduring appeal season after season.

  • Made from sustainably harvested Grade-A teak wood, chosen for its natural beauty and durability.
  • The artisan-crafted finish is hand-applied: a wire brush subtly distresses the wood before staining pigment is applied to the surface.
  • Small imperfections may reveal underlying teak wood. If left uncovered, the finish will gradually fade to a beautiful silvery-grey patina—a trait typical of untreated teak—which adds unique character to your piece.
  • Teak contains natural oils that repel insects, prevent drying, and resist moisture. It also resists fungal decay, rotting, and warping caused by temperature or humidity changes.
  • On natural teak pieces, natural oils can cause "oil surfacing," where oil pools on new or very young teak surfaces, creating a watermark-like discoloration pattern. Rinse with a garden hose before first use.
