Obra Salvaged Burl Coffee Table Living Room Steel Base Cocktail Table Wood Center Tea Table

The Obra Coffee Table is a sculptural celebration of reclaimed nature, meticulously handcrafted in Mexico. Each piece features a unique slice of salvaged milpa burl, artfully shaped and wrapped by artisan hands around a base of weathered steel and hardwood—evoking the graceful form of a flower in full bloom. This distinctive design, combined with the organic contrast of wood and naturally oxidized metal, creates a one-of-a-kind centerpiece that tells a story of transformation and artistry. * **Artisan Craftsmanship:** Handmade in Mexico, featuring individually shaped slices of salvaged milpa burl wood mounted on a sturdy base of hardwood and weathered steel. * **Signature Wrapped Design:** Each wood slice is carefully formed and secured to emulate organic, petal-like contours around a central core. * **Weathered Steel Base:** The steel is left to oxidize naturally outdoors, developing a unique patina of stains and speckles, then sealed with a protective polyurethane coating. * **Distinctive Finish Options:** — **Sunbleached Milpa:** Features sun-bleached wood on a dark grey steel base for an organic, weathered look. — **Mismo:** Showcases hand-stained wood on a warm, coppery steel base for a rich, monochromatic statement. * **Inherent Uniqueness:** As each table is crafted from variable natural and reclaimed materials, variations in wood grain, color, shape, and steel patina are inherent and celebrated.
