Polanco Round Plinth Coffee Table

After heavy storms, our artisan partners in Mexico scour the forests for fallen Mexican ash trees, salvaging as many logs as possible. Each log is oyster-cut, arranged, and hand-stained, then combined with fragments of sustainably grown European ash burl to create stunning, mosaic-like surfaces. The bases are crafted from naturally oxidized metal, providing the perfect contrast that defines the rustic beauty of our remarkable Polanco Collection.

• Handcrafted from oyster-cut fragments of salvaged Mexican ash and sustainably harvested European ash burl, meticulously placed together to wrap each tabletop and side with gently curved edges.
• The tabletop features beautiful ledge detailing around the edges.
• A hand-applied, reactive finish highlights the natural beauty and tonality of the wood, followed by an acrylic lacquer layer for added protection.
• Oyster-cut wood may display cracks and other organic features, including scorch marks, water stains, and natural graining, which do not affect the quality or performance of your piece.
• The plinth base is crafted from steel panels left out in the elements to weather, developing a rich patina of dimples and speckles as they age.
• This collection is artisan-crafted from natural materials with hand-applied finishes. Individual pieces may vary in color, pattern, shape, and texture, making each truly unique.
