Description
Each year, thousands of monarch butterflies migrate to a magical Mexican village where metalworking is a cherished family trade. Inspired by this heritage, our Recycled Metal Collection is forged over an open flame, turning reclaimed materials into one-of-a-kind tabletops rich with color, texture, and character. Each piece sits on a solid cast iron base that complements the subtle tones of the surface while offering lasting strength and classic style.
- The artisan-crafted tabletops are made from recycled metal sheets formed onto hardwood and then sealed with two layers of lacquer for extra protection and a soft sheen.
- Brass tabletops feature recycled aluminum hand-finished with a warm brass tone.
- Artisans hand-hammer each tabletop more than 3,500 times to create uniquely textured surfaces.
- Varied patinas develop when artisans hold each tabletop over an open flame.
- Upon completion, our artisans handstamp a Monarch butterfly onto the edge of each tabletop to mark its transformation.
- Wade bases are crafted from solid cast iron and accommodate round tabletops.
- This collection is artisan-crafted from reclaimed materials with hand-applied finishes. Individual pieces may vary in color, pattern, shape, and texture, making each truly unique.
- The Recycled Metal Dining Collection is customizable. Call, email, or live chat with our Design Team to create your own.
