Cancellation Fee: Cancellations at any time are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Service Fee: If an order that includes White Glove Service is returned, the White Glove Service fee is non-refundable. Product returns remain subject to our refund policy.
Delivery Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all access points at the delivery address, including entrances, doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and lobbies, are sufficiently spacious to allow delivery personnel to safely carry and place the items in the designated area. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations or other customer-related circumstances.
